The Prosecutor General’s Office analyzed the indicators of property and funds returned to the ownership or possession of the Republic of Armenia and its communities through criminal cases completed in courts, claims for the state and community interests protection, settlements, prosecutorial influence measures, and, since 2023, also through the application of tools for the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

According to these indicators, during 2018–2025, approximately AMD 291.726 billion (about USD 773 million) worth of property and funds were returned to the ownership or possession of the Republic of Armenia and its communities, whereof 65.8% or approximately AMD 193 billion (around USD 504 million), was recovered in 2023–2025.
