One of the issues included in today's agenda of the Government of the Republic of Armenia was regarding 7 properties with a cadastral value of AMD 2 billion 319 million, equivalent to 6 million US dollars, which were attached to the State Property Management Committee of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.

Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia emphasized that all properties were returned to the Republic of Armenia as a result of the granted claims submitted by the Prosecutor's Office.

As a result of the granted claims of the Prosecutor's Office for the protection of state interests these properties were returned to the Republic of Armenia:

• A plot of land with an area of ​​32 hectares located at 30/1 M. Mkrtchyan, Tsaghkadzor town, Tsaghkadzor community, Kotayk region. Approximate cadastral value is AMD 375 million 297 thousand.

The Anti-Corruption Court, by its ruling of January 12, 2024, granted the claim filed by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office against Samvel Mayrapetyan. The claim requested to declare the auction of the land plot invalid and apply the consequences of invalidity.

• Aghavni Aghbyur district No. 31, Aghavnadzor settlement, Tsaghkadzor community, Kotayk region, land plot with an area of ​​5 ha. Approximate cadastral value: AMD 9 million 388 thousand.

The Anti-Corruption Court, by its ruling of August 30, 2024, granted the claim of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office, which requested to declare the auction of the land plot invalid and apply the consequences of invalidity.

• A land plot with an area of ​​79 ha located at 59 Ghapantsyan Street, Arabkir Administrative District of Yerevan. Approximate market value of the cadastral plot: AMD 162 million 189 thousand.

In parallel with the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Administrative Court demanding to invalidate the state registration of the right of ownership made in the name of Pan-Armenian Patriotic Non-Governmental Organization "Armenian DOSAAF" regarding the real estate located at 59 Ghapantsyan Street in Yerevan.

• A plot of land with an area of ​​03 ha located at 59/11 Ghapantsyan Street in Arabkir Administrative District of Yerevan. Approximate market value: AMD 1 billion 670 million.

In parallel with the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Administrative Court demanding to invalidate the state registration of the right of ownership made in the name of the Pan-Armenian Patriotic Non-Governmental Organization "Armenian DOSAAF" over the real estate located at 59/11 Ghapantsyan Street in Yerevan.

• A plot of land with an area of ​​4 hectares located in the Odzun settlement of the Alaverdi community of Lori region. The cadastral value, estimated at market value, is AMD 20 million 592 thousand.

In parallel with the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Administrative Court demanding to invalidate the state registration of the right of ownership made in the name of Pan-Armenian Patriotic Non-Governmental Organization "Armenian DOSAAF" over the land located in the Odzun settlement of the Lori region.

• A 3-hectare plot of land located on 2nd Street in Navur settlement, Berd community, Tavush region. Approximate cadastral value: AMD 4 million 580 thousand.

In parallel with the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office filed a claim with the Administrative Court, demanding to invalidate the state registration of the ownership rights in the name of Pan-Armenian Patriotic Non-Governmental Organization "Armenian DOSAAF" over the above-mentioned real estate.

• A 6-hectare plot of land located on F. Nansen Street, Armavir city, Armavir community, Armavir Region. Approximate cadastral value: AMD 77 million 144 thousand.

In parallel with the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Administrative Court demanding to invalidate the state registration of the property right in the name of the Pan-Armenian Patriotic Non-Governmental Organization "Armenian DOSAAF" regarding the real estate at 45 Nansen Street in Armavir.

In regard with the work carried out within its exclusive authority of the Prosecutor's Office, Anna Vardapetyan recalled that from January 1, 2025 to the present, within its exclusive authority to initiate a lawsuit for the state (community) interests protection of, property worth AMD 66 billion 250 million, equivalent to 174 million 545 thousand US dollars, has been returned to the state or community, including kindergartens, a house of culture, a stadium, a natural monument, parks, land plots and monetary means.
