The statement of claim submitted by the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat region was awarded by the decision of the Anti-corruption court, dated July 16, 2025.

Based on the decision, AMD 22 million 149 thousand shall be confiscated from S.G., former Head of Avshar community of the Republic of Armenia and H.N. and E.A., employees of Cadastre Committee  of the Republic of Armenia as a compensation of damage caused to the state.
