Land plots with an area of ​​8.5 hectares in the Alvank settlement of Meghri community were alienated through formal auctions. The prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the competent court to declare the auctions invalid.

Auctions were held formally on 10 land plots with an area of ​​8.53622 hectares in the Alvank settlement of Meghri community, on the basis of which the above-mentioned land plots were withdrawn from the community's property fund in violation of the procedure established by law. This fact was confirmed by the verdict in the criminal case examined by the First Instance Court of Syunik Region.

Based on the verdict, of April 17, April 18 and April 23, 2025, the prosecutor filed five lawsuits to the Anti-Corruption Court on demanding to declare the auctions held on the above-mentioned land plots invalid.

The claims were accepted into proceedings by the Anti-Corruption Court, and measures were applied to secure the claim.
