The court found defendant Telman Kalashyan guilty in the murder of 4 individuals and in causing gunshot wounds of varying severity to 7 individuals. He was sentenced to life imprisonment.

The prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against Telman Kalashyan for the following act— on August 1, 2017, as a result of an argument over the issue of receiving debt accumulated as a result of the calculation of interest and the principal amount, Telman Kalashyan entered a complex of funeral service located at Shamiram community, Aragatsotn region with hunting rifle and fired 7 shots with a rifle at the direction of the persons standing in the complex, trying to finds his relative in the crowd. 

Gunshots fired by Telman Kalashyan, resulted in the death of 4 individuals and 7 individuals received gunshot wounds of varying severity.
