On September 25, 2023, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted a lawsuit regarding the confiscation of property of illegal origin from Avetik Dallakyan, the former director of the “Masis” Water Users’ Institute, and his affiliates into proceedings, including:

• 6 units of real estate and 1 movable property in the Ararat region, as well as one motor vehicle, or, if not possible, an amount equal to the average market value: AMD 298,479,000.

• AMD 7,946,531 —illicit funds balance.

• AMD 56,056,970, which were not substantiated with a person’s legal income, have an illicit origin, have been transferred to a bona fide purchaser, or cannot be identified.
