Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia participated in the 3rd annual festival of national music of people with special needs “Tshakhruk” organized in Gyumri on August 12.

Narek Mkrtchyan, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Anahit Manasyan, Human Rights Defender, Prosecutors from the Prosecutor General’s Office, Prosecutor’s office of Shirak region and Yerevan city and others participated in the 3^rd festival with the following slogan “Physical possibilities are worth nothing without a soaring soul”.  

Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General congratulated and thanked Anna and Anahit Mkhitaryans, founders of the festival, for the organization of that important event and said. “The God sometimes talk with us with unexpected stories. Tshakhruk is a similar story, which taught me one important thing—one should never despair or give up, instead one should turn the pain into knowledge and never into a sorrow. These little wonderful sociable lapwings taught me this lesson. I am thankful for being a part of this family”.

Tshakhruk Ethno Band of “Kharberd Specialized Children’s Home” SNPO, orphans of the “Children’s Home of Gyumri” SNPO, “Dzorak Care Center for People with Mental Disorder” SNPO, “Mari Izmirlyan Children’s Home” SNPO, “Gavar Children’s Home” SNPO and other special educational centers,  Gyumri State Orchestra of Folk Instruments and musical bands from abroad participated in the festival with their musical performances.
