Today the Prosecutor General of the RA received the students of the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law And Human Rights, who had paid a cognitive visit to Armenia.

Anna Vardapetyan welcomed students from 11 countries receiving post-secondary education at the Geneva Academy and presented the scope and priorities of the Prosecutor's Office, highlighting the activities carried out in the fields of human and especially vulnerable groups' rights protection, confiscation of property of illegal origin, combating corruption and protection of state and community interests.

During the meeting, the Prosecutor General of Armenia answered the questions of the representatives of Brazil, Germany, Armenia, Colombia, Italy, Kenya, Argentina, Zimbabwe, Egypt, Spain and Greece, which were mainly related to international law, domestic structures for the protection of victims, the legal aspect of the Artsakh conflict, the involvement of the Prosecutor's Office in international judicial processes, combating hate speech and other issues.
