According to the orders of the Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan of January 31, 2023, personnel changes took place in the Prosecutor’s Office.

In particular,

• Artsrun Arakelyan, the Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts, First Class State Councillor of Justice, was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Combatting Crimes against Human of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Hayk Khachatryan, the Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts, Third Class State Councillor of Justice, was transferred to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts. 

• Armen Karapetyan, the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan City, Third Class State Councillor of Justice, was transferred to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts.

• Aida Hakobyan, the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Lori region, Third Class State Councillor of Justice, was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat region.

• Ashot Harutyunyan, the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat region, Third Class State Councillor of Justice, was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of Sevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

Sevada Sargsyan, the Prosecutor of Sevan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office, Third Class State Councillor of Justice, was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik region. 
Marzpetuni Vardanyan, the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik region, Second Class State Councillor of Justice, was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shirak region. 
Sevak Khachatryan, the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik region, Second Class State Councillor of Justice, was transferred to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik region.

Nelli Badalyan, the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts, Second Class State Councillor of Justice, was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Aragatsotn region.
Hrant Nersisyan, the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Aragatsotn region, Second Class State Councillor of Justice, was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts.

The Prosecutor General also signed the following resignation orders,

Karen Gabrielyan, the Deputy Head of the Department for Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia, First Class State Councillor, was resigned from the current position since February 1, 2023. 

Vardan Lazaryan, the Deputy Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush region, First Class State Councillor of Justice, was resigned from the current position since February 1, 2023.
Artur Voskanyan, the Prosecutor of the State Interests Protection Division of The RA Military Central Prosecutor’s Office, First Class State Councillor of Justice, has resigned from the current position since February 6, 2023.
