Staff reforms took place in the Prosecutor's Office based on the orders of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, issued on February, March and April of 2026. 

In particular:

• Tigran Yenokyan, Deputy Head of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Deputy Head of the Department for Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

• Verzhine Arakelyan was appointed to the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office and she was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan City.

• Tigran Muradyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Combating Crimes against Human of the Prosecutor General’s Office and he was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat Region.

• Hranush Mikaelyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Combating Crimes against Human of the Prosecutor General’s Office and he was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

• Gohar Ghukasyan was appointed to position of Prosecutor of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office and was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of Kapan Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office.

• Yesayi Abovyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office and he was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

• Narek Mheryan was was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office and he was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

• Narek Topuzyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City was dismissed from the position held.

• Gevorg Khachatryan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

• Alisa Smbatyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

• Arsen Avetisyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Gegharkunik Region was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

• Arman Nikoghosyan was appointed to the position of Deputy Prosecutor of Armavir Region and was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir Region.

• Harutyun Sargsyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat Region was dismissed from the position held.

• Gegham Mkrtchyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat Region was dismissed from the position held.

• Vazgen Abrahamyan was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir Region and was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir Region.

• Tigran Vardanyan was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir Region and was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same region.

• Sevada Adamyan was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Armavir Region and was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the same region.

• Aristakes Grigoryan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Syunik Region.

• Tatevik Sahakyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik Region.

• Sos Tonoyan Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Lori Region was dismissed from the position held.

• Vardan Vardanyan was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision over the Investigation of Especially Important Cases against Military Service of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office and was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Gegharkunik Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office.

• Artsrun Khachatryan Senior Prosecutor of the Gegharkunik Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision over the Investigation of Especially Important Cases against Military Service of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office.

• Hayk Movsesyan, Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over the Legality of Penalties and other Means of Compulsion of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Kapan Garrison Military Prosecutor’s Office.

• Vahagn Iskandaryan Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Kapan Garrison was transferred to the position of the Deputy Military Prosecutor of Sisian Garrison.

• Tigran Kotanjyan Prosecutor of the Ararat Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office was transferred to the position of Prosecutor Sisian Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office.

• Syuzanna Hovhannisyan Prosecutor of Ararat Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office was dismissed from the position held.
