By the decision of the Administrative Court of April 7, 2026, the claim of the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General's Office was granted. The decision invalidated the state registration of the property rights to the building with an area of ​​1213.4 square meters located at Charents 4 Defense House, Vayk community, Vayots Dzor Region, in the name of the "Defense Sports and Technical Center of the Republic of Armenia" public organization, carried out on May 2, 2002. The cadastral value of the real estate, approximated to the market value, is AMD 63 million 130 thousand.

It should be recalled that in parallel with the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Administrative Court against the Cadastre Committee, a third party, the Pan-Armenian patriotic non-governmental organization "DOSAAF of Armenia", demanding to invalidate the state registration of the right of ownership of the real estate located at 4 Charents Defense House, Vayk community, Vayots Dzor Region.

After the decision enters into legal force, the ownership of the Republic of Armenia will be restored to the real estate with an area of ​​1213.4 square meters.
