The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted into proceeding another claim of the Prosecutor General's Office on the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

The Department of Confiscation of property of illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court to confiscate from the former Head of the National Bureau of expertise SNCO, Argam Hovsepyan /father’s name: Norayr/ (liabilities are terminated with the criminal proceeding) and his affiliated persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia:   

• 5 immovable properties, out of which 2 are located at Kentron Administrative District;

• 1 transportation means;

• AMD 162 million 812 thousand amount of funds not supported by legitimate income transferred to the bona fide purchaser or not possible to identify and confiscate, based on the legal regulation 4 of Article 20 of the RA Law on Confiscation of property of Illicit Origin;
• AMD 135.297 as remnant of illegal income.
