On February 12, 2026, under the leadership of the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, Lilit Grigoryan, the outcomes of the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of Shengavit Administrative Region for 2025 were summarized.

Rafael Manukyan, the Prosecutor of Yerevan City, Zhora Tovmasyan, the Prosecutor of Shengavit Administrative District, heads of the Investigative Committee, territorial divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, prosecutors of the prosecutor's office of the administrative district and others attended the summary meeting.

Zhora Tovmasyan, presenting the report on the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of Shengavit Administrative Region for 2025, stated that 2,578 criminal proceedings were initiated in 2025 (in 2024 - 2,256 criminal proceedings).

During the reporting period, the indictment approved by the prosecutors referred 705 criminal proceedings against 729 persons to the court (in 2024 - 549 criminal proceedings against 574 persons).

According to Zhora Tovmasyan, 473 criminal cases against 492 persons have been completed in the courts (in 2024 - 538 criminal cases against 571 persons).

The damage caused to the state in the result of criminal proceedings amounted to AMD 16 million 948 thousand. The damage has been completely recovered.

Zhora Tovmasyan reported that in 2025, the Prosecutor's Office of the Shengavit Administrative District studied the procedures for registering property rights to a state-owned land plot in relation to kindergartens operating in the territory of the administrative district, in particular, nursery kindergarten No. 14 and nursery kindergarten No. 255 (144). Considering the above, claims were filed with the administrative court demanding the elimination of the administrative act and the consequences resulting from its action.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Shengavit Administrative District also examined a gas station and a liquefied petroleum gas filling station located in the same administrative district at 34/16 Arshakunyats Avenue.
