Another plot of land located within the Ijevan City Park will be returned to the community. The claim of the Prosecutor’s Office has been granted

On March 11, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court against an individual, demanding the termination of the construction rights over a 208 sq.m. plot of land located at 9 Tatrakan Street, Ijevan community, Tavush region.

 

By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court dated January 19, 2026, the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office was granted. The decision terminated the construction rights of an individual over a 208 sq.m. plot of land located at 9 Tatrakan Street, Ijevan.

 

After the decision enters into legal force, the Prosecutor General’s Office will submit an application to the Cadastre Committee for the state registration of the termination of the construction rights of the individual over the specified plot of land.

 

It should be reminded that, in total, the following properties located within the Ijevan City Park in Tavush Province have been returned to the Ijevan community:

 

  • A 19 sq.m. plot at 18 Taterakan Street,
  • A 350.1 sq.m. plot at 18/7 Taterakan Street,
  • A 19.8 sq.m. plot at 18/5 Taterakan Street,
  • A 436 sq.m. plot at 1/55 Ankakhutyun Street,
  • A 0.06 ha plot at 1/29 Valans Street,
  • A 0.001 ha plot at 1/62 Ankakhutyun Street,
  • A 436.8 sq.m. plot at 1/54 Ankakhutyun Street,
  • A 1,500 sq.m. plot at 1/41 Ankakhutyun Street,
  • A 0.03 ha plot at 18/6 Taterakan Street,
  • A 0.03 ha plot at 1/27 Valans Street.

 

In addition, as a result of prosecutorial intervention, a 0.03 ha plot adjacent to the fountains in the city park has been returned to the possession and use of the Ijevan community.
