Staff reforms according to the orders of the Prosecutor General

Staff reforms took place in the Prosecutor's Office based on the orders of Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, issued during September-December of 2025. 

In particular:

  • Movses Antonyan, Deputy Head of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of Lori Region.

 

  • Kristine Manukyan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

 

  • Milena Toneyan was appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

 

  • Arman Manucharyan appointed to the position of the Prosecutor of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

 

  • Alina Hambardzumyan, the Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City was dismissed from the position held.

 

  • Elen Aleksanyan, the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shengavit Administrative District of Yerevan City was dismissed from the position held.

 

  • Gor Khanzadyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Kotayk Region was dismissed from the position held.

 

  • Tigranuhi Badalyan was appointed to the position of the Deputy Prosecutor of Gegharkunik Region and was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Prosecutor’s Office.

 

  • Arsen Mkrtchyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Gegharkunik Region and was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Prosecutor’s Office.

 

  • Gevorg Hakobyan was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Aragatsotn Region, and was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Prosecutor’s Office.

 

  • Anahit Ayvazyan, the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Tavush Region was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

 

  • Tigran Vardanyan, Prosecutor of the Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan, was transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Armavir Region.

 

  • Grigor Harutyunyan was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Kotayk Region, and was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the same Prosecutor’s Office.

 

  • Areg Harutyunyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Kotayk Region and was dismissed from the position.

 

  • Mher Yesayan, Deputy Prosecutor of Armavir Region and was dismissed from the position.

 

  • Galust Ghazaryan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Armavir Region was dismissed from the position.

 

  • Mher Ghahramanyan, Senior Prosecutor of the Kapan Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office, has been transferred to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Kotayk Region.

 

  • Vahagn Vardanyan, Prosecutor of the Tavush Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office, has been transferred to the position of the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Armavir Region.
