The ownership rights of the Kapan community of Syunik region have been restored over a 4.16 ha land plot located at 25 Syunik Village, Kapan community, with a cadastral value approximating the market value of AMD 32,947,000.

It should be recalled that, alongside the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, based on the letter of the Prosecutor General’s Office, dated June 16, 2025, and addressed to the Head of the Kapan community the right of use over the land plot located at 25 Syunik Village by the LLC “Kapan Driving School” of “DOSAAF OF ARMENIA” All-Armenian Patriotic NGO was terminated.
