Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan has left for the Italian Republic on a working visit.

Within the framework of the visit, Anna Vardapetyan will meet with Pietro Gaeta, Prosecutor General at Italy’s Supreme Court of Cassation; Pasquale D'Ascola, First President of the Supreme Court of Cassation of Italy; Maurizio Block, Military Prosecutor General at the Supreme Court of Cassation of Italy; Giuseppe Mazzi, President of the Italian Court of Military Appeals; Marco De Paolis, Military Prosecutor General at the Court of Military Appeals; as well as Pietro Lafranco, Vice President of the Italian Military Judicial Council and members of the Council.

The delegation led by the Prosecutor General also includes Grigor Elizbaryan, Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia, Deputy Prosecutor General and Yeghiazar Avagyan, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia.

During the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding on Enhancing Cooperation will be signed between the Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Armenia and the Office of the Military Prosecutor General at the Supreme Court of Cassation of the Italian Republic.
