Personnel changes have taken place in the Prosecutor's Office by the orders of the Prosecutor General

By the orders of Anna Vardapetyan, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, personnel changes took place in the Prosecutor's Office during the period of          August–September 2025.

 

In particular:

 

  • Ruzanna Khudaverdyan, Prosecutor of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office, was was dismissed from her position.

 

  • Hamlet Harutyunyan, Prosecutor of the same department, was also dismissed from his position.

 

  • Lianna Hakobyan was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office and was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the same department.

 

  • Vanand Asatryan was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Cases of Crimes against the Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order, State and Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office and was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the same department.

 

  • Haykuhi Gharibyan was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Department for Cases of Crimes against State Power of the Prosecutor General’s Office and was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the same department.

 

  • Karen Sukiasyan was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan City and was appointed to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

 

  • Gevorg Gevorgyan, Prosecutor of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City was dismissed from his position.

 

  • Gurgen Madoyan, Prosecutor of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts.

 

  • Eduard Hovhannisyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of Deputy Prosecutor of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts.

 

  • Vahan Sargsyan, Prosecutor of Armavir Region, was dismissed from his position.

 

  • Sevak Poghosyan, Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Armavir Region.

 

  • Armen Muradyan, Prosecutor of Tavush Region, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.

 

  • Gevorg Sargsyan, Prosecutor of Aragatsotn Region, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Tavush Region.

 

  • Nikolay Barseghyan, Deputy Head of the Department for Special Assignments adjacent to the RA Prosecutor General, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of Aragatsotn Region.

 

  • Andranik Vardanyan, Deputy Prosecutor of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts, was transferred to the position of Deputy Prosecutor of Armavir Region.

 

  • Vahe Grigoryan was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of Tavush Region and was appointed to the position of Deputy Prosecutor of the same Region.

 

  • Zori Babayan, Deputy Military Prosecutor of Lori Region, was dismissed from his position.

 

  • Gevorg Khalatyan, Military Prosecutor of Lori Garrison, was dismissed from his position.

 

  • Vigen Harutyunyan, Head of the Division for Supervision of the Activities of Prosecutor’s Offices of Military Garrisons of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office, was transferred to the position of Military Prosecutor of Lori Garrison.

 

  • Eduard Vermishyan was dismissed from the position of the Senior Prosecutor of the Military Prosecutor’s Office of Lori Garrison and was appointed to the position of Deputy Miliary Prosecutor of Lori Garrison.

 

  • Eduard Poghosyan, Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision of the Activities of Prosecutor’s Offices of Military Garrisons of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office, was transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision over the Investigation of Especially Important Cases against Military Service of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office.

 

  • Haykuhi Martikyan was dismissed from the position of Prosecutor of the Military Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan Garrison and was appointed to the position of Prosecutor of the Division for Supervision of the Activities of Prosecutor’s Offices of Military Garrisons of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office.
