Another appeal filed by the Prosecutor General's Office referring to the confiscation of property of illegal origin was accepted for proceedings by the Anti-Corruption Court.

The Department for the Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin of the Prosecutor General's Office has filed a claim to the court to confiscate from the former Head of Ayntap community Karen Sargsyan and his affiliated persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

• 13 immovable properties;
• 5 transportation means;
• Participation in 1 legal entities;
• AMD 216 million as the balance of illegal income and the sum of funds, not justified by legal income transferred to bona fide third parties.
