The Prosecutor General’s Office informed that the Department of State Interests Protection submitted 16 statements of claim to the Anti-Corruption court on the compulsory termination of site development right over the land plots located at Ijevan City Park, Tavush region and return of those land plots to Ijevan community.

In the scope of the civil case initiated on the basis of the abovementioned two statements of claim, the Anti-Corruption court awarded the claims of the Prosecutor General’s Office by its decision dated August 29, 2025. The site development right of two natural persons over the land plot with the surface of 0.0605 ha, located at 1/29 Valans Str. and the land plot with the surface of 0.00198 ha located at 1/62 Ankakhutyun Str., Ijevan community were terminated.

After the entry of the abovementioned decisions of the Anti-Corruption court into legal force, applications shall be submitted to the Cadaster Committee on the registration of the termination of site development rights of the citizens over the mentioned two land plots.

We would like to mention that due to the fact that 4 statements of claim from the abovementioned 16 have been awarded and entered into legal force, the following have been returned to Ijevan community:

• The land plot with the surface of 436.8 m², located at 1/54 Ankakhutyun str.,
• The land plot with the surface of 1500 m², located at 1/41 Ankakhutyun Str.,
• The land plot with the surface of 0.03 ha located at 18/6 Ankakhutyun Str.,
• The land plot with the surface of 0.03 ha located at 1/27 Valans Str..
