On August 5, 2025, the ownership right to the Republic of Armenia to a land plot of 735 square meters, located on the left side of Shiraz Street, Ajapnyak Administrative District of Yerevan City for “residential” purpose, was restored. The cadastral value, approximated to the market value, is AMD 18 million 293 thousand.

It should be recalled that the next claim of the Department for the Protection of State Interests of the Prosecutor General's Office was granted according to the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court of June 2, 2025. The Department for the Protection of State Interests of the Prosecutor General's Office requested in its claim to recognize the purchase and sale agreement signed between the Mayor of Yerevan and an individual on February 1, 2003 as invalid and to apply the consequences of invalidity.
