During the first quarter of 2025, damage in the amount of AMD 39 million 811 thousand was recovered under criminal proceedings in Tavush region. A 191.1 m long pipeline worth AMD 5 million 110 thousand was returned to the company with state participation (WUA).

During the reporting period, in the scope of the criminal proceeding initiated on the basis of the examination conducted in the scope of the power of protection of the state (community) interests, the building of the kindergarten with the surface of 891, 1 m² , located at 34 Shahumyan Str., Dilijan community, with the cadastral value of AMD 85 million 935 thousand  was returned to Dilijan community.

During the same period, in the scope of the power to protect the state (community) interests, as a result of the prosecutorial intervention and due to the measures undertaken by the competent authorities of Ijevan community, the building of kindergarten with the surface of 198, 45 m², located at 9^th street, 11, Kashtarak settlement was returned to Ijevan community (the cadastral value of the building approximated to the market value amounted to AMD 44 million 121 thousand).

During the first quarter of 2025, the amount of damage (caused to the state and community) recovered on the basis of final judicial acts amounted to AMD 2 million 761 thousand in Tavush region
