During the first quarter of 2025, damage in the amount of AMD 175 million equivalent to USD 455 thousand caused to the state and community was recovered in Ararat region, moreover, in the scope of the state (community) interests’ protection power and  based on the written motion of the prosecutor 1 immovable property worth AMD 22 million 553 thousand was returned to the community.

In particular, in the scope of the state (community) interests’ protection power, based on the written motion submitted as a result of examinations conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of Ararat region the ownership right of Ararat community was recovered over the building of the kindergarten with the surface of 625.33 m² as well as over the land plot with the surface of 0.15878 ha burdened with the abovementioned building located at 23/3 Barekamutyun Str., Surenavan community.
