The Anti-corruption court has seised another appeal filed by the Prosecutor General's Office referring to the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General's Office has filed a claim to the court to confiscate from Judge Samvel Mardanyan, his wife and son in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

• 3 immօvable properties;
• 1 vehicle;
• Approximately AMD 203 million, as the balance of illegal income and the total amount of funds transferred to bona fide third parties not justified by legal income.
