On June 2, 2025, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was registered over the land plot with the surface of 5000 m² , with the cadastral value of AMD 9 million 388 thousand, located at 31 Aghavnu Aghbyur district, Aghavnadzor village, Tsaghkadzor community, Kotayk region.

 Let us remind, that on August 30, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court awarded the motion submitted by the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office, under which the Prosecutor’s Office required to recognize invalid the auction of the land plot and to apply result of invalidity.
