In the scope of the criminal proceeding pending at the Investigative Committee, on May 16, 2025, the prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against R.B., H.A. and A. Ch. holding the position of the director of two different companies (different periods) engaged in illegal mineral extraction in different settlements of Masis community, for violating the legislative requirements of the  subsoil use and preservation, as a result whereof damage in the amount of AMD 208 million 342 thousand equivalent to USD 538 thousand was caused to the state.

On May 16, 2025 one of the companies recovered the damage caused to the state and community in the amount of AMD 54 million 288 thousand equivalent to USD 140 thousand.

The preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is pending.
