Another statement of claim of the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office was awarded by the decision of the Anti-corruption court dated May 8, 2025: after the entry of the judicial act into force the land plot with the surface of 17 thousand 730 m², with the cadastral value (approximated to the market value) of AMD 1 billion 44 million 444 thousand equal to USD 2 million 686 thousand, located at G. Hovsepyan Str., city of Yerevan, adjacent to the TV tower shall be returned to the Republic of Armenia.

Let us remind that the Department of the State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office requested from the court with the statement of claim to declare invalid the sale and purchase agreement concluded between the Mayor of Yerevan city and K.I. on April 13, 2005 and to apply result of invalidity.
