The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted into proceeding another claim of the Prosecutor General's Office on the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General's Office submitted a claim to the court to confiscate from the owner of a company importing fuel, Kamo Melkonyan and his affiliated persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia: 

• 14 immovable properties, out of them 10 in Yerevan, 4 in the regions;
• 6 rights to purchase real estate in Yerevan;

• 6 transportation means;
• participation in 4 legal entities;
• AMD 59 million 518 thousand as a sum of the remainder of illicit income and funds.
