On 3 April 2025, the Anti-Corruption Court has accepted into proceeding another claim of the Prosecutor General's Office on the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General's Office submitted a claim to the court to confiscate from the former Deputy of the RA National Assembly, Arayik Grigoryan and his affiliated persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia: 

• 5 immovable properties in Yerevan, 6 immovable properties in Avshar village, 2 immovable properties in Tsaghkadzor, 1 immovable property in Surenavan village, 1 immovable property in Ararat;
• 1 right to construction;

• 1 transportation means;
• participation in 1 legal entity;
• more than AMD 6 billiard 76 million.
