On April 1, 2025, the prosecutor submitted the criminal case regarding 7 individuals charged with commission of murder out of hooliganism (the crime was committed on June 13, 2024, at 1 Noragavit Str.) to the First Instance Criminal Court of General Jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan.

Let us remind that in the scope of the criminal proceeding examined at the Investigative Committee the Prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against N.A. under points 8 and 12 of part 2 of article 155 and part 1 of article 355 (commission of murder by a group of persons, out of hooliganism and illegal carrying of firearm) against S.H. under points 8 and 12 of part 2 of article 46-155 (organization of a murder by a group of persons, out of hooliganism) and against E.A., E.M., P.V., E.K., A.M. under points 8 and 12 of part 2 of article 46-155 (aiding the commission of murder by a group of persons, out of hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.

Detention was chosen as a measure of restraint against N.A., S.A., E.M., A.M., house arrest against E.A. and ban on absence against P.V. and E.K. (decisions on rejecting the motions of the body conducting the proceedings on choosing detention as a measure of restraint against P.V. and E.K. were appealed by the supervising prosecutor).

The term of public criminal prosecution initiated against H.M. under points 8 and 12 of part 2 of article 155 and part 1 of article 355 (commission of murder by a group of persons, out of hooliganism and illegal carrying of firearm) of the Criminal Code was suspended and he was declared wanted.

Notice:  A person charged with any crime shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code—by the judgment came into legal force.
