On December 25, 2024, the Anti-corruption court accepted into the proceedings another statement of claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office on the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court on confiscating from Vardan Minasyan, former Head of the General Department of State Protection of the Police and related persons the following: 

• 2 immovable properties in the city of Yerevan, the total market value whereof amounted to AMD 766 million;
• The purchase right of 1 apartment;  
• 5 transportation means;
• The market value of 1 transportation means;
• Shares in 2 legal persons;
• AMD 2 billion 150 million as a sum total of the remainder of an illicit income and funds not substantiated by a lawful income and transferred to bona fide third persons.
