Based on the written motion of the Prosecutor 3 immovable properties unlawfully taken by the former head of Avshar community were returned to the community.

In particular:

• The land plot with the surface of 37602 ha and warehouses with the surface of 1211.74 m² located at H. Shiraz Str., the price whereof amounted to AMD 55.5 million and the monthly lease payment amounted to AMD 115 thousand;
• The land plot with the surface of 0.0622 ha located at H. Shiraz Str., the price whereof amounted to AMD 759 thousand;
• The land plot with the surface of 0966 ha and the building of the former collective farm with the surface of 416.6 m2 located at H. Shiraz Str., the price whereof amounted to AMD 22 million and the monthly lease payment amounted to AMD 445 thousand.

Let us remind that on September 19, 2024, in the scope of criminal proceedings regarding abuse of official powers, official forgery, misapplication and money laundering examined in the Anti-Corruption Committee, the Prosecutor addressed a written motion to the Council of Elders of Ararat community, Ararat region on on annulment of decisions rendered on February 25, 2001, August 23, 2005, February 5, 2007 and December 27, 2007 regarding the alienation of 3 immovable properties located at H. Shiraz street, Avshar settlement.

The preliminary examination of the criminal proceeding is pending.
