Personnel changes by the orders of the Prosecutor General of the RA

By the order of Anna Vardapetyan, the Prosecutor General of the RA, dated August 7, August 11, August 14, August 16, August 21, August 22, August 23 and August 24, 2023, a number of personnel changes took place in the Prosecutor's Office:

 

In particular:

 

  • Armen Muradyan was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the same Department.

 

  • Karen Harutyunyan, Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Ararat Garrison was seconded to the position of Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia until December 15 of this year, inclusive.

 

  • Hayk Manandyan, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts was seconded to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Special Assignments adjacent to the RA Prosecutor General until February 26, 2024, inclusive.

 

  • Nikolay Barseghyan, Prosecutor of the Military Prosecutor's Office of Lori Garrison was seconded to the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Special Assignments adjacent to the RA Prosecutor General until February 19, 2024, inclusive.

 

  • Martin Nalbandyan, the Head of the Division of Supervision of the Activities of the Prosecutor’s Offices of Military Garrisons of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office was dismissed from his position. By Prosecutor General’s another order, Vigen Harutyunyan, a Senior Prosecutor of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office was appointed to the above-mentioned position.

 

  • Sisak Khachatryan was dismissed from the position of Deputy Head of the Department for Crimes against Public Health of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

 

  • Edgar Shahinyan was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes of the Prosecutor General’s Office since September 1, 2023.

 

  • Gurgen Safaryan was dismissed from the position of Deputy Prosecutor of Syunik region.

 

  • Viktor Grigoryan was dismissed from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Crimes against Public Security of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
