A.H., occupying the position of a junior medical worker in the pathology department of "Surb Grigor Lusavorich" Medical Center CJSC, stole by fraud 12 million 282 thousand 329 AMD from the medical center during the years 2010-2018 with the help of a group of people.

A.H. signed a contract with A.M., the Director of the Medical center, and was appointed on the position of medical worker in the pathology department and received salary until 1 August 2018 without fulfilling his duties. The Head of the pathology department ensured that false information was filled-in on A.H.'s attendance at work from July 26, 2010 to August 1, 2018 in the working time sheets.

By the Prosecutor’s decision of 7 August 2023, public criminal prosecution was initiated against A.H. under Clause 3 of Article 255(3), as well as A.B. and A.M. under Clause 3 of Article 46-255(3) and Article 457(2) of the RA Criminal Code.
