N.M. holding the position of the director of “Aygek Kindergarden” NPO, made and signed a legal document with the accountant H.A. containing evidently false information on S.Z. holding the position of the worker of the same NPO.

Pursuant to the factual data obtained during the preliminary examination of the criminal proceedings examined in the Anti-Corruption Committee it was confirmed that N.M., Director of “Aygek Kindergarden” NPO with the help of H.A. accountant of the same NPO and S.Z. the worker carried out an embezzlement in particularly large amounts.  

Taking into consideration the fact that the abovementioned crime was committed in 2016 the Director of the Company, the accountant and the worker did not object the fact of not initiating criminal proceedings against them based on the expiry of the statute of limitations. They compensated the damage caused to the community as well.

Taking into consideration the abovementioned circumstances, on January 17, 2022 a decision was rendered on not initiating a criminal prosecution against them due to the expiry of the statute of limitations.    At the same time the prosecutor submitted a motion to the head of the Parakar community on taking effective measures to exclude the above-mentioned manifestations observing also the issue of applying disciplinary measures.
