By the prepared materials sufficient data have been obtained that head of Norakert community used his official position contrary to the interests of the service, in the result of which considerable damage has been inflicted to Norakert community.

Based on the materials prepared on May 29, the Prosecutor's Office of Armavir region has initiated a criminal case according to Part 1 Art. 308 of the RA Criminal Code. The preliminary investigation of the criminal case has been instructed to the Investigative Department of Vagharshapat of the RA IC.
