Today is a historic and memorable day for all of us. Our professional day - the Day of Prosecutor's Office workers coincides with the 100th anniversary of the founding of the RA General Prosecutor 's Office.
This anniversary also coincides with two truly historical events. Twenty years ago, on July 1, 1998 the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia adopted the first Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Prosecutor's Office" the date of its adoption July 1, 2003, 15 years ago by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia has been established as the "Day of the Prosecutor's Office worker".
The Prosecutor's Office is proud of its 100-year path, because it has always performed an honorable mission to strengthen and develop statehood, vital for ensuring security, protecting and strengthening the rule of law and fight against crime.
Dear colleagues!
Of course, we remember our eleven prosecutors, who participated in the Karabakh war. We appreciate all our veterans, who had outstanding success, they have written their names in gold letters on the pages of history of the RA Prosecutor's Office. We pay tribute to them for their dedication, principles and patriotism.

Congratulations on this bright event, I want you to be healthy, cheerful and optimistic.
In the vision of the modern citizen of Armenia, the prosecutor personifies not only state power and law, but justice and humanity, demanding that we value the rule of law, human rights, which can inspire society to create creative and patriotic work.
In recent years, the workload of the prosecution system has increased. But we are not alone in the fight against crime. Therefore, I also express gratitude to our colleagues from partner systems, executive and judicial bodies, the RA Police, the National Security Service, the Special Investigation Service and the Investigative Committee.
I would like to thank our international colleagues, the prosecutor's offices of friendly countries for effective and good-neighborly cooperation, thanks to which we manage to overcome crime on a transnational level.
I want to emphasize the constructive role of representatives of civil society, especially public and human rights organizations.
I want to express my gratitude to your family members for patience and support.
Recognition and reputation of the prosecutor's office are guaranteed first of all by the real results of our work.
We will serve with honor, we will be worthy of the title of the RA Prosecutor's Office worker.
