The Anticorruption Court accepted another claim into proceedings on the confiscation of property of illicit origin.
The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office claimed to the court to confiscate from the accused S. M. in favor to the Republic of Armenia:
The apartment on Bayron street in Kentron Administrative district and the car parking, in case of impossibility, the average market value is more than 388 million AMD.
More than 235 million AMD transferred to bona fide third parties and the total of illegal incomes not substantiated by legal incomes.
