B.P. holding a position of a forest guard of the 5th reserve of Dsegh forestry of “Arm Forest” Non-Commercial State Organization from 24 November 2020 until 22 July 2021, due to failing to fulfill his obligations, caused a damage by negligence to the organization and the state in the amount of AMD 15 172 500.
Particularly, B.P failed to make regular visits to the abovementioned reserve, failed to make reports on the visits and failed to detect and record any logging, however 112 trees and 10 branches were logged from 27 November 2020 until 24 May 2021.
A criminal proceedings was initiated on 11 August 2021. On 23 March 2023 B.P was charged with a criminal offense envisaged by Part 2 of Article 315 of the Criminal Code.
During the preliminary examination of the criminal proceedings the accused failed tօ recover the damage in the amount of AMD 15 172 500.
The criminal proceedings with a bill of indictment was submitted to the court by the Prosecutor of Lori region on 28 March 2023. Besides, a statement of claim on compensation of damage caused to the State was submitted to the Court.
Let us remind that another criminal proceedings with a bill of indictment against B.P. was submitted to the court on 20 March 2023.
