On 19 October 2022, the Anti-Corruption court passed a conviction against 28 people for illegally acquisition of driver licenses by paying a bribe. They were found guilty of committing the above-mentioned crime and were sentenced to various fines.
The Prosecutor General’s Office will appeal to the Police with a motion of declaring invalid the illegally acquired licenses in accordance with the procedure provided by the Law “On fundamentals of administrative action and administrative proceedings”.
