08.06.2022 | The Prosecutor's Office has undertaken measures to transfer 2 more convicts with positive behavior to a correctional institution with the lowest degree of isolation

Within the framework of the constitutional authority, the RA General Prosecutor's Office continues to study the awards, penalties, and conditions of serving the punishment at the criminal-executive institutions the RA Ministry of Justice.

The personal files of two female convicts at Abovyan Criminal–executive institution were also examined among others.

In the result of the examination of relevant documents and personal files, it was found that N. M. convicted for committing crimes under Article 177, Part 3, Point 1.1 and Article 34-177, Part 3, Point 1.1 of the RA Criminal Code, participated in unpaid labor and paid work in the field of technical and economic service of the institution.

They were also included in a number of courses held at the criminal–executive institution, and became members of self-help associations.
