The Central Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Armenia summed up the results of work carried out in 2018 in the field of protection of state interests.
During the reporting period, the Department for the Protection of State Interests of the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Armenia and the garrison units conducted 391 studies, of which, in 287 cases or 73 percent, violations have been reported. The amount of material damage caused to the state is 2,062,426,795 drams.
Based on the results of studies conducted during the reporting period, 58 criminal cases have been initiated under various articles of the RA Criminal Code.
94 such warnings have been submitted, as a result of which the damage caused to the state in the amount of 1,785,90645 AMD has been restored.
Summing up the work carried out in 2018 continues, the results of which will be published in the process.
