From the totality of sufficient evidence obtained by the preliminary investigation, it has been revealed that the Chief Specialist of the Territorial Social Services Agency of Stepanavan of the regional Staff of Lori region A. S., first-class specialists of the same agency A. G., H. R., G. A., specialist A. Q., by prior arrangement with the head of the same agency A. GH. and post-office employees, employees of post offices servicing this area of JSC “Haypost” since 2013 to June 2018 without the knowledge of a number of citizens, with false information about the social insecurity of the latter in the computer database of the Stepanavan Territorial Agency, they have illegally registered family benefits in their names.
Thus, by means of fraud, they have stolen particularly large amount of money (550.617.000 AMD).
The Prosecutor's Office of Lori Region has received an indictment of the criminal case, which has been approved by the prosecutor, who oversees the legality of the preliminary investigation of the case. In order to find out the locating of the head of the agency and the specialist, operational search measures have been taken.
