Criminal case has been initiated in the prosecutor's office of the administrative districts of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun concerning the fact of giving and receiving bribes during elections.
By a decision of the Deputy Prosecutor of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts, criminal case has been initiated in accordance with Part 2 and Part 1 of Art. 154.2 of the RA Criminal Code. For the implementation of the preliminary investigation, the criminal case has been sent from the RA General Prosecutor’s Office to the RA SIS.
Notice: Every person suspected in or charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent unless proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code and unless the verdict comes into legal force.
