State Interests Protection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia has reviewed the circumstances indicated in the publication of Hetq.am of August 24, 2018.
With a view to that, the relevant documents have been requested from the Municipality of Yerevan City and Real Estate Cadastre Committee.
Concerning the case, the senior prosecutor of the State Interests Protection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia has initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 308 of the RA Criminal Code and the preliminary investigation of the case has been entrusted to the investigator of the RA Investigative Committee.
Notice: Every person suspected in or charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent unless proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code and unless the verdict comes into legal force.
