In the Department of State Interests Protection of the RA General Prosecutor's Office the state of protection of state interests in the process of budget subsidizing of the state program to support the land users to obtain fertilizers at affordable prices for agricultural work has been considered.
Taking into account the fact that the registered violations contain flagrant signs of a crime in the Department of State Interests Protection of the RA General Prosecutor's Office a criminal case has been initiated according to p. 2 art. 308 of the RA Criminal Code , the preliminary investigation of which has been transferred to the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia.
Note: Every person suspected in or charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent unless proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code and unless the verdict comes into legal force.
