From the point of view of the effectiveness of work of the bodies of criminal prosecution, the РА Prosecutor General stressed the importance of launching this system in Armenia as soon as possible. However, it must be taken into account that the technical specification of this system must comply with the new draft of the RA Criminal Procedure Code in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, as due to its adoption, criminal procedure procedures will undergo significant changes, new mechanisms will be introduced.
The parties expressed confidence that the implementation of the program will be provided in accordance with the schedule.
