By 00:30 of 03 April, 2017, working group of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office has studied over 2000 publications about the election violations during the whole election day. The vast majority of violations concern the technical part of the voting organization, furnishing of the polling places, launching of the equipment, lines at polling stations, installation of the voting booths, camera failures and the activity of the electoral commissions. in polling stations.

392 out of 2000 reports by their content had clear signs of electoral offences.
121 out of above-mentioned 392 reports concerned the cases of voting instead of another person or voting twice, 115 of them were regarding the impeding of voting rights of citizens, 77 were relating to the violation of secrecy of the ballot, 63 of them related to the impeding of the activities of mass media representatives, proxies, observers, commission, 15 of them were related to cases of distributing electoral bribes, 1 concerned the violation of the procedure of froming the voting list.
The body conducting criminal proceedings has been assigned to take urgent investigative, operational-intelligence measures with a view to find out the real circumstances and give a legal assessment as soon as possible.
6 criminal cases have been initiated for voting twice and the suspect on one case has been arrested.
By the results of the check separate publications have already been denied and the data concerning them will be separately provided.
The results of the check will be regularly provided.

By 20:00 of 02 April, 2017, working group of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office has studied 1594 publications about the election violations during the voting process.
The vast majority of violations (1340) don’t contain features of election crime by their content. They concern the technical part of the voting organization, furnishing of the polling places, launching of the equipment, lines at polling stations, installation of the voting booths, camera failures or other technical issues relating to the organization of the voting and according to the data of the same publications some of the above-mentioned issues have been solved by the electoral commissions.
From the publications that have been studied only 254 contained clear signs of electoral offences.
87 out of above-mentioned 254 reports concerned the cases of voting instead of another person or voting twice, 74 of them were regarding the impeding of voting rights of citizens, 45 were relating to the violation of secrecy of the ballot, 38 of them related to the impeding of the activities of mass media representatives, proxies, observers, commission, 10 of them were related to cases of distributing electoral bribes.
With the of clarification of circumstances mentioned in those 254 reports they have been sent to the territorial divisions of the RA Police and the RA Investigative Committee to prepare materials or conduct supervisory activities in order prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code Articles 180-181.

The vast majority of violations concern the technical part of the voting organization, furnishing of the polling places, launching of the equipment, lines at polling stations, installation of the voting booths, camera failures or other technical issues relating to the organisation of the voting, which don’t contain features of election crime by their content.
From the publications that have been studied so far only 226 contained clear signs of electoral offences. With the of clarification of circumstances mentioned in those 226 reports they have been sent to the territorial divisions of the RA Police and the RA Investigative Committee to prepare materials or conduct supervisory activities in order prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code Articles 180-181.
48 out of above-mentioned 226 reports concerned the cases of voting instead of another person or voting twice, 82 of them were relating to the violation of secrecy of the ballot, 43 of them were about directing the voters, 28 of them related to the impeding of the activities of mass media representatives, proxies, observers, commission, 64 of them were regarding the impeding of in regard to the impeding of voting rights of citizens, 9 of them were related to cases of distributing electoral bribes.

By 15:00 of 02 April, 2017, working group of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office has studied 970 publications about the election violations during the voting process. The vast majority of violations concern the technical part of the voting organization, furnishing of the polling places, launching of the equipment, lines at polling stations, installation of the voting booths, camera failures or other technical issues relating to the organisation of the voting, which don’t contain features of election crime by their content.
From the publications that have been studied so far only 131 contained clear signs of electoral offences. With the of clarification of circumstances mentioned in those 131 reports they have been sent to the territorial divisions of the RA Police and the RA Investigative Committee to prepare materials or conduct supervisory activities in order prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code Articles 180-181.
48 out of above-mentioned 131 reports concerned the cases of voting instead of another person or voting twice, 26 of them were relating to the violation of secrecy of the ballot, 23 of them were about directing the voters, 15 of them related to the impeding of the activities of mass media representatives, proxies, observers, commission, 11 of them were regarding the impeding of in regard to the impeding of voting rights of citizens, 8 of them were related to cases of distributing electoral bribes.

With the of clarification of circumstances mentioned in those 75 reports they have been sent to the territorial divisions of the RA Police and the RA Investigative Committee to prepare materials or conduct supervisory activities in order prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code Articles 180-181.
41 out of above-mentioned 75 reports concerned the cases of voting instead of another person or voting twice, 25 of them were relating to the violation of secrecy of the ballot and 9 of them were in regard to the prevention of citizens to realize their voting rights.

6 out of above-mentioned 13 reports concerned the cases of voting instead of another person or voting twice, 3 of them were relating to the violation of secrecy of the ballot and 3 of them were in regard to the prevention of citizens to realize their voting rights.
