By the investigation conducted by the Department of State Interests Protection of the RA Prosecutor General's Office in the SNCO Yerevan boarding school N1 under the supervision of the RA Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs revealed that from 2011 to 2016 in the absence of the need for staff replenishment, officer(s) of the mentioned organization issued orders on the adoption of key personnel, a staff unit was kept not provided by the unified staffing list of SNCO, and people occupying these positions received a salary in the amount of over 3,687,000 AMD from the state budget, dead, hospitalized or wards, who have returned to the families were not removed from the accounting of SNCO, acceptance and check out of the homeless was not reflected in menus, which led to an increase of food financing from the RA state budget in the amount of 8,471,200 AMD. Taking into account that the registered violations obviously contain elements of a crime, the Department of State Interests Protection of the RA Prosecutor General's Office initiated a criminal case under the features of Article 308 Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code, the preliminary investigation of which was assigned to the RA Investigative Committee.
