As a result of the conducted study by the Department of State Interests Protection of the RA Prosecutor General's Office in the SNCO «Nork boarding school» under the supervision of the RA Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, it was found out that in the result of using their official position contrary to the interests of the service by an official (officials) of the mentioned organization, that is the provision of the position in the absence of the need to replenish the staff and factual non-performance of duties by a person appointed to that position, receiving payments from the state budget, significant damage was caused to the legitimate interests of the state.
Taking into consideration that the registered violations clearly contain elements of a crime, the senior prosecutor of the Department of State Interests Protection of the RA Prosecutor General's Office initiated a criminal case under the features of Article 308 Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code, the preliminary investigation of which was assigned to the RA Investigative Committee.
